Gorgeous stud earrings in my signature textured sterling silver which I've set with 3mm amethysts. Awentog means 'breezy' in Welsh, and when I started making these pieces, I thought how they looked as though they were being moved by the wind. Using reticulation (one of my favourite processes), I follow the cues from how the metal moves as I heat it for the final form. Supplied with silver backs. These are oxidised dark and scrubbed back for a pleasing antique finish.
 
Amethyst is the birthstone for February, but their beautiful purple is gorgeous on everyone!
