Hallmarking
I comply with all UK hallmarking legislation, and my work is hallmarked where necessary at the London Assay office. If you have any queries, please click here to email me.
Shipping
I send jewellery in the UK by special delivery. International orders are sent by international tracked and signed for.
Please note, the UK's Mail system have declared it prohibited to ship jewellery to some Countries. I have sent by courier to some of these. If you are unsure if I can post, or of courier costs to your country, please click here so I can give you alternative options.
Please note, the customer is liable for all & any customs and import taxes/duties/charges relating to their order. I cannot be held liable for any delay due to customs.

Sales & Returns
All sales are subject to UK law.
All sales through the online etsy shop are via etsy direct checkout and subject to etsy regulations, which can be viewed here.
Custom orders can be paid for by bank transfer, via worldpay secure link, over the telephone, or by paypal. All options will be discussed at time of payment.
Custom orders and earrings (for hygeine reasons) cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged.
Please contact me immediately if this has happened.
Due to Royal Mail regulations, one month must elapse before items are considered lost in transit, and refunds for loss cannot be processed until that time has elapsed.
Buyers are responsible for all customs and import fees and taxes in their own country
