One of the silver Blodyn (flower) pendants with a recycled 2.5mm beautiful ruby set in 18ct gold.  Supplied on a  18" chain.  The Blodyn pendants are made in silver that has been reclaimed from NHS x-rays that otherwise would be landfill.
 
Hallmarked at London Assay Office to prove it is of the materials stated. 
 
Sapphire is said to be a protective stone, and is also the birthstone of those born in September.
