I usually wear a key around my neck, and I had my favourite 16th Century casket key cast in silver so you can have your own.  They represent  gateways, opening, closing, opportunity, unlocking possibilities and potential.   This one is set with a  lovely 2.5mm recycled tanzanite.
 
Tanzanite is a birthstone for December, and is said to boost intuitivity and perception.
